No one knows or understands the sacrifices our veterans have had to make better than those veterans and their families. My name is David Caldwell, owner of the Lakeshore Assisted Living Facility. My father spent 30 years active in the US Military which included tours in World War II. I've witnessed firsthand the toll it took on my father over the years.
To aid those families looking for an assisted living environment for a veteran family member, I've worked diligently to create a program to make assisted living - and achieving Veteran's Aid - easier to obtain.
Immediate Funding for Veterans in Need of Assisted Living
Veteran's Aid & Attendance is a fantastic program that serves those who serves our country. Unfortunately, it can sometimes take up to 12 months for families to receive the first benefit check. During this period, veterans and their families must pay the full cost of assisted living out of pocket.
Our program changes that.
Wartime veterans and their spouses can now receive private funding from Lakeshore Assisted Living during this waiting period to cover a large portion of the cost of assisted living. Once benefit checks come in, those checks are handled directly by Lakeshore Assisted Living to cover the initial loan & funding
Veterans can receive $1,743 per month - Lakeshore can fund up to $1,600 per month
Spouses can receive $1,113 per month - Lakeshore can fund up to $1,000 per month
Couples can receive $2,054 per month - Lakeshore can fund up to $1,675 per month
We make the move to assisted living a painless process to help you and your family gets the assistance you need, when you need it most.
